Individual Applied Safety Mapping

Personal Safety Mapping Groups are small, structured cohorts created for those ready to move from understanding The Safety Map to applying it in real time.

This is not introductory material, and it is different from general coaching or crisis support.

It is a steady, contained space for live application - where literacy becomes lived experience.

What Are Personal Groups?

Each group will meet on Zoom at regularly scheduled times.

Together, we move from understanding protection patterns conceptually to observing and mapping them in real time.

Trauma will surface in these groups as a matter of discussion and observation, but the focus is not on healing trauma.

The focus is on how your system organizes around perceived safety, where it perceives threat, and what changes when safety increases.

This is where literacy becomes reorganization.

How Does It Work?

• 8–10 participants
• 8 consecutive weeks
• 2 hour long sessions per week
• Founder-led facilitation
• Structured but responsive format
• Active Safety Map Membership required

Before the first session, participants complete selected videos from the Membership area to ensure shared language and pacing.

What This Is Not

Personal Safety Mapping Groups are different from traditional coaching or therapy spaces.

They are not designed as open-ended discussion groups, venting spaces, or strategy sessions focused on changing other people.

While real-life experiences will naturally surface, the emphasis remains on understanding how your own system organizes around perceived safety, what protection strategies it has employed, and what shifts when that organization begins to change.

If you are looking primarily for immediate solutions, crisis stabilization, or external analysis, the Safety Map Membership offers a steadier starting point.

Who This is For

This container tends to be a good fit for those who:

• Have spent time with the foundational Safety Map concepts
• Are curious about how their system organizes around protection
• Want to move beyond insight into lived application
• Are open to observing their internal responses with steadiness and honesty

Applied work requires a willingness to look inward with curiosity rather than urgency.

If you are currently navigating acute crisis or primarily seeking immediate solutions to someone else’s behavior, membership may be the better starting point. Depth work can follow when the timing feels right.

How Do I Join?

Because of the depth and structure of this work, participation is by application.

This is not about qualification or performance. It is about ensuring that the timing and container are aligned for you.

The application includes a few short questions about your experience with the Safety Map framework, what is bringing you to depth work now, and your current capacity for participation.

Applications are reviewed personally. If accepted, you will receive next steps for enrollment, including membership confirmation and cohort details.

If this feels aligned, you are welcome to apply. There is no charge to apply.

What Is The Investment?

The investment for the cohort is $2,400.

Active Safety Map Membership is required.
